No concrete slabs to transfer ground moisture or dampness into your unit. All units allow for air circulation. 

Whether it's a trusted lock you've used for years or the latest model, you lock your own unit. No pushy salespeople trying to make commission! We also sell quality brass locks on-site for $15. 

General unit access from 6am-9pm gives you 13 hours of access for those long moves. Special arrangements for extended hours are considered on a case by case basis. 

We are  located in New Hartford,  NY.  Space to maneuver large vehicles  " the easy way" call in advance to discuss.

Tom Sears, Founder, Owner and Operator of All-Safe Storage Co., served honorably as an electronics technician in the US Navy's "Silent Service" on the nuclear Submarine U.S.S. Jack, earned an AAS Degree in Biomedical Engineering Technology, worked for hospitals and Hewlett-Packard, and for 20 years, co-owned a contracting business originally founded by his father. He has also has been employed at a local manufactured housing community, where he assisted with Property Management/Maintenance. He currently lives in New Hartford with his wife. He has two children, and wishes to thank his father for his help, guidance, and encouragement. When he is not working, family, friends, church, Rotary, and other civic involvements give his life zest!
